Refund/Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better by providing us with your valuable feedback. 

All of our products are handmade items and we do provide returns only if the product is damaged or if you got the wrong products. Returns will only be accepted and credit is given or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Item received was damaged or was not as described.
  2. It is common that the picture and the exact product may be slightly different because they are all handmade and will be varied sligthtly.
  3. Items must be in the original condition as shipped.
  4. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s). 
  5. Returned item(s) must be received by us within 12 days of the date the item was delivered. 
  6. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions. 
  7. If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

Refund Method

Please send us an email at prior to returning the goods.
Once a return has been approved, we will organize the return of the goods (in the case of faulty goods, Tibet House will not be responsible for return postage costs). Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.
