Palden Lhamo

Palden Lhamo is a splendid goddess which is a Tibetan form of Shridevi, the dark proceeding of Vajra Sarasvati (the origination of Tara, Prajnaparamita). It can be believe that Palden Lhamo is the Tara with super wrathful, remarkable in her power, aggressive; nothing can stand against her. According to one of the myths, Palden Lhamo was wedded to an evil king of lanka, who was recognized to be an enemy of dharma. It is said that at the guard of the lake Lhamo La-tso (Oracle Lake) which is placed southeast of Lhasa, Tibet is Palden Lhamo. It is also calculated as one of the sacred lakes.
